Squash is one of the healthiest sports in the world, burning up to 1000 calories per hour! It’s also a game of skill, strategy and stamina, often likened to a cross between boxing and chess.   • Mon 5:45-6:30 Ladies only drop in for all levels
  • Wed 4-9 Club League and Social Night – Register to be placed on a team to play weekly matches every Wed night against players of your level
  • Thurs 6-8 New Player drop in
    Come see what the sport is about and learn to play with other beginner players
  • Fri 4-8 Open drop in for all levels.
